1. Provider and scope

LAIQA is offered by Gallesis · Bireggstrasse 1 · 6003 Luzern, Switzerland. These terms apply to the use of the website laiqa.ch and the LAIQA app.

2. Invitation-only pilot

LAIQA is in a pilot phase. You can only get an account by invitation. Use is free of charge during the pilot. Features may change, be limited or be removed.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for the details you enter about yourself and your pet.

4. Sharing with others

You decide who sees your pet's data. People in your care team only see what you allow. You can withdraw a permission at any time.

5. No substitute for veterinary help

LAIQA helps you organise care. The app does not replace a veterinary examination or advice. In an emergency, contact a veterinary practice or an emergency vet service directly.

6. Acceptable use

Use LAIQA only lawfully. In particular, entering other people's data without permission, bypassing permissions and interfering with operation are not allowed.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable operation but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

8. Ending use

You can stop using LAIQA at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by e-mail to hallo@laiqa.ch. We may block an account that breaches these terms or end the pilot; we will tell you by e-mail beforehand where possible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will inform you by e-mail beforehand about significant changes.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne; mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain reserved.
